Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Sync360 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sync360 is a Shopify application that synchronizes inventory levels in real time between your Shopify store and connected sales channels, including TikTok Shop. The App receives inventory change webhooks from Shopify and propagates updates to connected channels automatically.
3. Eligibility
You must have a valid Shopify store and accept Shopify's Terms of Service to use this App. By using Sync360, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
Sync360 is offered on a subscription basis. Billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API and will appear on your Shopify invoice. Current plans:
- Starter: $49/month (2 channels)
- Pro: $89/month (5 channels)
- Unlimited: $149/month (unlimited channels)
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.
5. Data and Permissions
Sync360 requests access to your inventory data solely to perform synchronization. We do not sell your data to third parties. We store only the minimum data necessary to operate the service (product mappings, sync logs, and channel credentials).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or interfere with the App's infrastructure. Abuse of the service may result in account termination.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Sync360 is not liable for overselling events caused by third-party API outages or webhook delivery failures beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync360's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
